Project Management Services

The main professional service provided by Al Roman Technologies is the Project Management. Project management is divided into different phases as follows:

1) Sales & Initiation Phase

This phase involves contacting the prospect or customer and following the sales process to ensure that the deal is closed.

2) Planning Phase

Planning can often make or break any project. In order to ensure a high success factor planning is essential.

3) Execution Phase

The Execution phase includes not only the Installation and Setup of System, training and so forth but also the managing and controlling of these functions to ensure that they are done properly

4) Closure Phase

Once the site/s has been implemented and they are running “live” it’s a good opportunity to reflect on the way the project\implementation was handled.

Training

We are providing Training for all Pastel products. We are the Authorized Training Centre (ATC) for Sage Pastel Products in the United Arab Emirates.

The Sage Pastel International Training Department consistently strives to develop the right training solutions for your needs. All courses are designed to give you hands on, practical training in a classroom environment. Whether you are a professional and already experienced Sage Pastel user or just a beginner, Sage Pastel’s training solutions will assist you to contribute to your companies overall success.

Training is provided through our Sage Pastel Authorized Training Centers (ATCs), with highly experienced and certified trainers providing you with the knowledge and guidance you require during the course.

Annual Support Cover

We are providing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to our customers. We have categorized our support contracts in to three. They are as follows:

• Sage Pastel Cover – Bronze
• Sage Pastel Cover – Silver
• Sage Pastel Cover – Gold

Our Gold and Silver contract covers On Line, On Site Support as well as telephonic and email support.
